The disastrous war began in 1914, raging on today in 1920.
'Germanies Iron Fist' continues to punch a path through France with intent to set up a navy on the French shores, and attack the United Kingdom using their ships to transport a new vehicle they have built.
This very vehicle, a so called "Tank" can crush through a solid forest, clearing a path for Germany's necessities to go through without any issue, and is the very reason this war didn't end in 1918 like it was predicted to by our leaders.
To help protect the United Kingdom's imports and Allied standpoint, American and Canadian troops are being chosen to head to the front line to keep the Germans at bay until we get enough support to finally make their giant tank useless and possibly end this war.
Russia has surrendered completely to Germany, in 1917 a German spy opened a cyanide capsule into the Tsar's glass, killing the Russian leader in less than a minute. And when a so called hero by the name of Vladimir Lenin stepped in to save his country and was glad to hear about the Tsar's death so he could build a Soviet empire with no resistance... That is until he got a sniper's bullet into his frontal cranium.
It is currently October, And I lay in my trench quarters on a hard steel bunkbed, with my doughboy helmet propped on my bayonetted Enfield rifle, a soft beautiful song to help silence the rumbles of artillery shells going off miles away. The German trench ahead of us was quiet for the night allowing some of us to sleep, which is a rarity these days.
